Ways to redeem your RM50 OFF Firefly Voucher code
Firefly Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Each e-voucher is valued at Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Only (RM50)
- The e-vouchers shall have a validity period until 31 October 2022 2022 <11:59pm> (GMT+8).
- In order to redeem the e-voucher, the unique e-voucher code together with the expiry date 1 November 2022, would need to be keyed in.
- E-voucher can only be redeemed for Firefly through www.fireflyz.com.my and Firefly mobile app
- The e-voucher is only applicable for Malaysia domestic flights
- The e-voucher are not applicable for code-share flights
- The e-voucher may be used together with any other promotion that Firefly is offering
- The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
- There is no minimum expenditure for the e-vouchers to be used
- The e-voucher will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen
- The e-voucher is intended for single use only, and there will be no compensation for any balance in the value if not fully utilized
- Bookings made using e-vouchers can be changed, but subject to the applicable administrative charges/fees, and payment of the difference in fare may apply
- No variation, amendment or change to the terms of the e-vouchers can be made unless agreed to in writing by Firefly
- Firefly reserves the right to commence legal action against any duplication or unauthorized usage of the e-vouchers, and
- All travels pursuant to bookings made and usage of the e-vouchers shall be subject to prevailing policies, regulations and conditions of carriage as may set out in the respective ticket or such other document evidencing the same, unless expressly notified otherwise by Firefly.
- Members who have already redeemed the e-voucher during the first Cuti-Cuti Malaysia PRE2.0 campaign from 1 July 2022 to 31 July 2022 are not eligible for this campaign.
Eligibility to claim the RM50 Stimulus Voucher rebate
- Claimant is to register as Firefly’s member at https://booking.fireflyz.com.my/Login.aspx?culture=en-US
- Claimant need to ensure that he/she updates their NRIC number when registering or existing members to update their NRIC number
- Successful claimant will receive an email with the RM50 voucher code to be redeemed for domestic flight bookings at Firefly’s website or mobile app
- The Promo Code will be valid until 31 July 2022. Any unutilized voucher is non extended upon the expiry date. All Promo Codes are good for travel till 31 December 2022.
- Claimant is only entitled to a one-time claim of the Stimulus Voucher and it is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind.
