Touch ‘n Go eWallet: Everyday Cashback

1. This Campaign is valid from 1 November 2019 until 31 December 2019.

2. This Campaign is open to all registered Users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet using ‘Scan’ or ‘Pay’
functions with a minimum spend of RM5.00 per transaction.

3. Each user can enjoy a maximum of ONE (1) random Cashback per day, total of up to sixty-one (61)
times of Cashback throughout the Campaign Period.

4. The Cashback will be rewarded for payment made using the ‘Scan’ or ‘Pay’ functions only, the
Cashback amount will be displayed once the payment is successfully made. The Cashback
amount will be credited into the User’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within the same day of the
payment.

5. This Cashback Campaign shall NOT be applicable to any of the ‘Transfer’, ‘In-App Services’, ‘TNG
Card’, ‘PayDirect’, ‘RFID’ functions, ‘App Store purchases’ and/or online purchases.

6. Additionally, TNG Digital Sdn Bhd shall be entitled to reject any Cashback due to any reason
whatsoever, including but not limited to, any of the following scenarios:
• Where such payment is made by a mobile number that has been blacklisted by any fraud
agencies or any other relevant authorities;
• Where such payment is made on a mobile device which is not updated, i.e. Android
version lower than 1.6.14.1 or iOS lower than 1.6.10;
• Where the User is in breach of any terms and conditions of this campaign or the User
Terms and Conditions of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet; and/or
• The Touch ‘n Go eWallet is being used on a device which has been jailbroken or rooted.

7. By participating in this Campaign, User consents and agrees:
• To abide and be bound to the Campaign Terms and Conditions including any amendments
or variations thereto as well as any decisions made by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd;
• That TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is entitled to collect, process and use the personal data
submitted for the purpose of this Campaign including disclosing the same/partial to our
service/fulfillment providers for prize collection; and

8. This Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the General Campaign Terms and Conditions
