1. What is the Promotion?
   Receive ONE (1) cashback voucher (offline/online & in-app/merchant-specific) per week when you make your first online/offline transaction of the week with a minimum spend of RM10. Cashback voucher earned is to be used in your next transaction.
2. What is the duration of this Promotion Period?
   This Promotion is valid from 6 April 2020 to 2 August 2020.
3. Are all transaction(s) eligible to earn a cashback voucher?
   Promotion is not applicable for transactions such as TM Bill Payments, Transfer function, Toll Payments via PayDirect and RFID, Parking Payments via PayDirect, any gift cards services and purchases using Touch ‘n Go Card.
4. Is there a minimum spend for me to use the cashback voucher?
   Please refer to the relevant cashback voucher’s T&C for minimum spend required.
5. Do I have to transact at specific merchant outlets to earn the merchant-specific cashback vouchers? No, the merchant-specific cashback vouchers are part of the combination of vouchers you will receive at random whenever you make your 1st offline/online transaction of the week with a minimum spend of RM10.
6. How many times can I receive a cashback voucher?
   Each user is limited to ONE (1) cashback voucher per week throughout the Promotion Period. The count for cashback voucher eligibility will reset every week on Monday at 12AM.
7. When will I receive the cashback voucher? If eligible, you will receive the cashback voucher (shown under ‘My Rewards’ on home screen) immediately after your transaction is successfully completed. However, the cashback voucher earned can only be used in your next transaction.
8. If my transaction amount is lower than the cashback voucher value I have, can I still use the cashback voucher? Yes, as long as your transaction fulfills the minimum spend for the cashback voucher, the full voucher value redeemed will be credited into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
9. Can I use more than one cashback voucher per transaction?
   No, only ONE (1) cashback voucher can be used per transaction.
10. How long is the cashback voucher valid for?
    The validity of the cashback voucher is as per the Promotion Period, 6 April 2020 until 28 June 2020.
