- Promotion is valid via promo code CIMBTT50 on first-come first-served basis, limited to the first 35 redemptions on every Thursday, from 2 June 2022 until 11 August 2022. To enjoy the discount, cardholder is required to key in the promo code at the checkout page.
- Promo code is valid for one (1) time redemption in a single order per Shopee registered user.
- Promotion is valid for Shopee Mall and Preferred Sellers only.

- Should a cardholder request a refund for an order that was paid using credit card instalment, the refund will be processed once the request is reviewed and approved by the seller or Shopee’s team. Once the refund is successfully processed, the refund will be credited to cardholder’s credit card account within 7 to 14 working days, subject to the credit card issuing bank’s policy and terms and conditions. The cardholder will be able to view the refund amount in the cardholder’s monthly credit card billing statement.
- For orders with multiple products paid with credit instalment, it is possible to request refund for one product only. Simply submit a refund request for the product as per normal to Shopee. Once the refund is successfully processed, the relevant credit card issuing bank will process the refund accordingly subject to the cardholder’s credit card issuing bank’s policy and terms and conditions.
