How it Setel Parking Payment Works?
How you can enjoy this feature (1-time set up):
- Activate ‘Parking’ under ‘More’.
- Add your vehicle details & complete the set up.
After you have activated parking, follow these steps to park & pay with Setel:
- Look out for the Setel-enabled entry lane. (marked by Setel bunting)
- Wait up to 5 seconds at the boom gate for license plate scanning.
- Once scanning is completed, the boom gate will lift automatically. You may enter the carpark.
- When you’re ready to leave, drive to Setel-enabled exit lanes. (marked by Setel bunting)
- Wait up to 5 seconds at the boom gate for license plate scanning.
- Once scanning is completed, the boom gate will lift automatically. You may exit the carpark.
Parking fee* will be automatically charged to your Setel -wallet upon exit.
If you encounter any issues at the entrance or exit, do request for help by pressing on the intercom button available at the boom gate or you may call 03-2392 8448 (KPM CS) for assistance.
