Agoda x Maybank: Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible Cardmembers of Maybank Credit, Debit, Charge cards issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia and Philippines. Cardmembers must settle payment with either with their Maybank Credit, Debit or Charge Card to enjoy the promotion.
2. The Promotion is applicable to booking merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL:

3. Details of promotion as follows:
• 7% off hotel bookings in all destinations, applicable to booking with Maybank Cards.
Promotion is valid for booking period till 28 February 2023 for stay period till 31 December 2023.
4. To book on app, click the redirect button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to launch your Agoda App. Discount will be reflected at the payment page when you key in valid Maybank Card details.
5. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Partner Promo Eligible” banner on the search results page.
6. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
7. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
9. In case of dispute, the joint decision of Agoda and Maybank shall be final.
10. Maybank and/or Agoda can change the terms and conditions at any point of time with prior notice.
11. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Maybank and the Cardmembers (payment facility, etc.), which is at Maybank’s sole discretion and for which Maybank is solely responsible and liable.
