- Should a cardholder request a refund for an order that was paid using credit card instalment, the refund will be processed once the request is reviewed and approved by the seller or Shopee’s team. Once the refund is successfully processed, the refund will be credited to cardholder’s credit card account within 7 to 14 working days, subject to the credit card issuing bank’s policy and terms and conditions. The cardholder will be able to view the refund amount in the cardholder’s monthly credit card billing statement.
- For orders with multiple products paid with credit card instalment, it is possible to request refund for one product only. Simply submit a refund request for the product as per normal to Shopee. Once the refund is successfully processed, the relevant credit card issuing bank will process the refund accordingly subject to the cardholder’s credit card issuing bank’s policy and terms and conditions.
