Terms and Conditions for Adidas Valentine’s Day Sale
- Offer valid from 4th February 2022 10:00am – 14th February 2022 10:00am inclusive on adidas App and www.adidas.com.my only.
- Offer is valid across selected full-price and outlet items. A discount of 30% will be applied when 2 or more participating items are added in cart. While stocks last.
- Discount will be applied automatically at cart.
- Orders will be confirmed when stocks are confirmed.

- Offer not redeemable for cash and not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No discounts or vouchers may be used.

- In the event of conflicting purchases or otherwise leading to stock insufficiency, adidas has the right to cancel any purchase. adidas will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made subject to any legal deduction and you shall waive all pecuniary, pure economic loss and personal claims against adidas and its affiliates as a result thereof (including but not limited to any credit card/merchant/bank charges imposed and taxes therein).

- Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas (including its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
